What we do

Everything the UK asks for, prepared properly.

A student visa refusal is almost never about ambition — it is about a missing statement, a wrong date on a balance, an unexplained gap, or a course that does not match the student's history. We work backwards from what a caseworker checks.

UK student visa processing

Our core specialisation. Every Student route file is built, checked and filed by the same counsellor from CAS to biometrics.

  • Course and sponsor eligibility review
  • CAS request, checking and error correction
  • Financial evidence: 28-day rule, sponsor letters, loan sanction
  • Online application, IHS payment, TB test and biometrics booking
  • Credibility interview preparation
  • Refusal review and fresh re-application strategy

UK admissions & shortlisting

A shortlist built on your marks, backlogs, gap years and budget — not on whoever pays the highest commission.

  • Course mapping across 120+ UK institutions
  • SOP, LOR and CV drafting support
  • Backlog, gap and re-sit positioning
  • Scholarship and early-payment discount tracking
  • Conditional to unconditional offer follow-up

Mandatory English exams

In-house coaching for the test your university actually accepts, with mock tests scored the way examiners score them.

  • IELTS & IELTS for UKVI (SELT)
  • PTE Academic and PTE Academic UKVI
  • Duolingo English Test
  • TOEFL iBT and OET for nursing applicants
  • Weekday, weekend and online batches
  • Re-take planning without losing the intake

Daily-life support in the UK

Our UK desk stays with you after you land — the part most consultancies stop doing once the visa is stamped.

  • Airport pickup and first-week accommodation
  • eVisa, share code and BRP replacement help
  • GP and NHS registration, dentist and pharmacy basics
  • Bank account, National Insurance number, SIM and travel card
  • Part-time work rules and payslip checks
  • Council tax exemption letters and landlord disputes

Study & visa — other countries

If the UK is not the right fit for your profile or budget, we place the same file in a country that suits it.

  • Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada
  • Germany (public universities, blocked account)
  • Dubai / UAE and Singapore campuses
  • USA — F-1 applications and visa interview prep
  • Multi-country parallel applications

Funds, loans & forex

Money is where most files break. We build the financial story before it is ever uploaded.

  • Maintenance funds calculation for your exact course
  • Education loan sanction letters that meet UKVI wording
  • Accepted account types and 28-day maturity planning
  • Sponsor affidavits, ITR and relationship proof
  • Tuition remittance, forex and A2 form guidance

Other UK visa categories

Beyond the Student route, we prepare and file the applications families usually need next.

  • Standard visitor visa for parents and graduation ceremonies
  • Child Student route
  • Student dependant applications where the course qualifies
  • Graduate route switching after your course
  • Visa extensions and course-change reporting

Pre-departure briefing

A two-hour session for the student and one parent, so nobody is learning the basics at Heathrow.

  • Packing, baggage rules and cash limits
  • Immigration questions at the border
  • Budgeting for the first 60 days in GBP
  • University enrolment and attendance rules
  • Emergency contacts and our UK helpline

The sequence

Eight stages, in the order the UK expects them.

Each stage has a fixed owner, a document list and a date. You always know what is pending and who is holding it.

STAGE 01

Profile assessment

Marks, backlogs, gaps, budget and travel history reviewed in one sitting. You leave with a realistic list, not a wish list.

Day 1 · free
STAGE 02

Shortlist & apply

Four to six universities chosen for offer probability and value. SOP and documents finalised, applications submitted together.

Week 1–2
STAGE 03

Offers & conditions

We compare offers on fee, placement, city cost and visa risk, then close every academic condition on the letter.

Week 3–6
STAGE 04

English test cleared

Coaching, mock scores, booking and result submission — timed so the score arrives before the CAS deadline.

Week 2–8
STAGE 05

Deposit & CAS

Tuition deposit paid, CAS interview attended, CAS statement issued and then proof-read character by character.

8–12 weeks before intake
STAGE 06

Funds matured

Bank balance or loan sanction held for the full 28 days, statements stamped, sponsor papers signed and indexed.

Runs parallel
STAGE 07

Visa filed

Online form, IHS payment, TB test, biometrics appointment in Hyderabad, document upload and courier — all handled with you in the room.

6–10 weeks before intake
STAGE 08

Fly & settle in

Pre-departure briefing, accommodation confirmed, airport pickup, enrolment, bank, GP, NI number — first month covered.

Intake month

Timelines are indicative. Priority visa services and January intake deadlines can compress stages 05 to 07 considerably.

Where our students go

120+ UK universities and colleges on our panel.

Filter by the kind of course you want. Every listing below reflects courses we have actually placed students into — not a scraped directory.

Funds & fees

Know your number before you open a bank account.

UKVI checks maintenance funds against a fixed formula. Enter your details and see the figure your bank statement needs to show.

Figures follow the published UKVI maintenance formula (£1,483/month in London, £1,136/month outside London). This is a planning estimate, not a guarantee of visa approval.

Estimated requirement
Unpaid tuition (year one)£0
Living costs£0
Deposit already paid (deducted)−£0
Funds to show in your account£0

Hold this balance for 28 consecutive days. The closing balance on your statement must be dated within 31 days of applying.

Documents checklist — application

  1. Valid passport with at least one blank page
  2. CAS reference number and statement
  3. Academic transcripts and certificates (originals + translations)
  4. English test result (SELT where required)
  5. Financial evidence covering the 28-day rule
  6. ATAS certificate, if your course requires one
  7. Tuberculosis test certificate, where applicable
  8. Parental consent, if you are under 18

Common refusal reasons we screen for

  • Bank balance dipped below the required amount during the 28 days
  • Sponsor relationship not evidenced correctly
  • Course and previous qualification do not show academic progression
  • CAS details mismatched with passport or offer letter
  • Unexplained gaps in study or employment history
  • Genuine student intent not clearly demonstrated at interview

Mandatory English exams

Prepared for the test your offer letter actually names.

Not every course needs the same test, and not every test is accepted for visa purposes. We confirm this before you pay for a booking.

Beyond the UK

The same rigour, for eight more countries.

Some profiles and budgets fit another country better. We say so honestly, and file the visa with the same discipline.

Tap any country for popular courses, indicative fees and living costs, and the visa route we file.

Questions

Straight answers, before you ask twice.

Standard decisions from India are usually made within about three weeks of your biometrics appointment. A priority service is available at many application centres for a faster decision. We file as early as the CAS allows so peak-season delays don't threaten your intake.

Your unpaid first-year tuition plus living costs of £1,483 per month in London or £1,136 per month outside London, for up to nine months. The funds must sit in an accepted account for 28 consecutive days, closing balance dated within 31 days of applying. Use our calculator above for your exact figure.

Not always. Many universities assess English internally or accept PTE, Duolingo or your Class 12 marks for degree-level entry. A UKVI-approved SELT such as IELTS for UKVI is required for pre-degree courses and by some sponsors. We confirm the exact requirement for your shortlist before you book any test.

Degree-level students can usually work up to 20 hours a week during term time and full time during official vacations. Your own conditions are stated on your visa decision letter and eVisa — we walk you through exactly what applies to you before you start any job.

No. The profile assessment is free and includes an honest read on your eligibility, a shortlist direction and a rough cost estimate. You decide whether to proceed after that conversation.

We review the refusal letter clause by clause, identify exactly what was missing or inconsistent, and rebuild the file for a fresh application. Where the grounds support it, we also advise on administrative review options.
